I am a Post Graduate Student at Liverpool Hope University. I am from Preston, UK which is very close to Blackpool.

My personal interests are in computers and innovative products. After volunteer tutoring students, for two years at a local education centre, I discovered that my talents could best be utilised through teaching.

I earned my Bachelors degree (Hons) in Engineering in 1996 and went on to work for IBM. Having gained much more experience using computers and learning about online businesses I set up my own e-business which was very profitable.

I developed this e-portfolio as part of my assignment to document my progress, help me to reflect upon my own learning and act as a means of formative and summative assessment.
